Tyson's Pirate Party
Tyson's mum knows how to throw an awesome party. There was a treasure hunt and a pass the parcel. Jack was super excited! Jack and I made some cupcakes although I forgot to take a photo of them on the tower.
When we got home Jack wrote his name with bath crayons. When we asked him what he wrote he said, 'J. A. C. K - Jack' so Stu wrote it underneath. There are clearly 4 characters and the last two are J and C. Pretty good for 2 and a HALF!

A fairy tale in Royalla
It was so beautiful to see my little sister get married yesterday. She looked stunning even after having a baby only 4 weeks ago. It was no small feat by my mum who organsied everything down to the little blue buckets of sugared almonds and Aunty Deliah who stood behind the scenes but didn't stop the whole time we were there. My brother gave the most awesome speech and Aunty Erin put all the babies to bed without a fuss. The father of the bride was just so proud.
I hope the new Mr & Mrs Kemmis realise how lucky they are to have found each other and to have the most wonderful family support around them. By the looks on their faces all day, I think they do.

Happy Father's Day
There is no breakfast in bed for the Dad who has to start work at 8 on Father's Day. But there was a TiVo and Stu was super excited about that!

For the best birthday EVER!
Jen & Justine took me out to dinner last night and bought me my favourite and after such a good run of birthday awesomeness I thought I would like to thank everyone for the best birthday ever. I'm already counting down the days till 29.

My Little Soldier
I love the 'daddy daycare' stories that I come home to on Monday and Tuesday, when it is just the boys at home. Last Monday Stu tells me that Jack can sing the chorus to Ghetto Solider in the car.
I'm a ghetto soldier, deperado
I'm a ghetto solider, my sing ohhh
I'm a ghetto soldier, how wise and cold
I'm a ghetto soldier, my mind sing ohhh, Hey!
This has to be one of Stu's favourite CD's and he has been playing it in the car and at home since Jack was just a baby. I warned Stu that it wasn't really appropriate and there would come a time when he would have to censor. The day has come.
